New Unit Owner Registration
Florida SunBreak requires a hard copy of the management contract. Please print the contract for your specific property, fill out your personal information, sign at the bottom and fax those 2 pages ONLY to: 305-532-0564 or mail to: Florida SunBreak, The Sony Building 605 Lincoln Road, Suite 401 Miami Beach, FL 33139 .

A Florida SunBreak representative will contact you in the near future to assist you with the set-up of your unit.
